  • Overseas Parent Co. Requires a small to medium sized UK subsidiary to be set-up. Establish market potential; generate the initial demand; agree business plan; locate offices; set the initial business plan in motion; hire personnel and develop the business.
     

  • UK Manufacturer. Needs to identify alternative, complementary market sectors into which to market their existing products. Analyse current business offering; research other market sectors to assess potential; develop and implement strategies for securing the new business.
     

  • UK Wholesaler. Needs to source alternative products to market in UK, possibly from overseas manufacturers. Requires importation, contract negotiation, supply line and international trading experience.
